Coldstream Lab Office Addition
The project consists of the renovation of 2,800 s.f. of existing space into an ISO-7 and ISO-8 Pharmaceutical laboratories for Peptide production. The scope included a complete chemical waste system for the expanded cell, compressed air piping, a nitrogen distribution system, and vacuum vent piping for key equipment. Completion 2017.

Renovation of an existing barn at University of Kentucky North Farm into a horse breeding laboratory and Offices. Completed 2011.
Summit BioSciences
A renovation of 5,680 s.f. for Pharmaceutical Laboratories and offices in the Bull Lea Building at University of Kentucky’s Coldstream campus. The project houses a Quality Control Chemical Lab, Micro Biology Lab and associated offices and storage. Completed 2020.
Coldstream Labratory Addition
A new Pharmaceutical Lab Expansion to an existing facility. The project entailed removing a portion of the roof to expand the special equipment needed above the laboratory space.
